This is the only planet we have. It's a beautiful place. Our designs are inspired by nature and the outdoors, but if we keep killing the environment through global warming then it all goes away. We believe that we can help. We continue to create initiatives that allow us to give back and improve our carbon footpint and impact on the world.
Every purchase helps plant a trees around the world. We are also members of 1% for the Planet. This member means that we have committed to donating at least 1% of our annual revenue to nonprofits or causes that are making a positive impact on the world.
The production of our products is always being considered as well. We only work with partners who use either organic, sustainable fabrics or follow practices that reduce waste and water usage. All the dyes used in our apparel is water-based.
We do not send out free items. We get a lot of interest from eager members of our community and though we wish we were big enough to provide this service. It would currently put our company out of business if we sent out items with every request.
The only exception is occasionally members of our Ambassador program will be gifted new items that we know they will like. This is part of the perks they receive for being active members of our community. If you would like to be considered for our Ambassador program, fill out an application.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. We are currently processing orders in roughly 10 days after the order first came in. The cause for most late orders are due to products being out of stock. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $90 USD. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We typically ship orders in 2-5 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.
International customers, once your packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way. If you have any questions about your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org.

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

For environmental and human friendly reason, this product is only made when you order it. Typically, this product will be made in about a week, however please allow 3 to 6 weeks due to Covid, for it to be made and we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.

We use eco-friendly inks for our prints. These are water-based.
The majority of our products use sustainable fabrics like hemp and organic cotton. Some of our products also include recycled plastics from items like water-bottles.

In 2021, we have witnessed unprecedented instability in the supply chain for base garments and increased strain for shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, & Fedex. For example, during last holiday season, carriers intentionally capped shipments which lead to delays. We will continue to fulfill orders as they come in but due to these delays in shipping and supply, orders made after December 1st are unlikely to make it to you before Christmas.
